Design

Civil Solutions offer to their clients a comprehensive design facility, specifically the design of roads and sewers, external works, and private drainage to Local Authority, Environment Agency and/or Sewerage Undertaker approval. Submissions for Section 38 and 104 Agreements, including full hydrological and simulation analysis, are also undertaken.

Many of our clients work on a design and build ethos; we assist them from an early stage by designing out any potential hazards and excessive costs.

We also provide technical appraisals prior to land acquisition thus highlighting the risks associated with the land and minimising the exposure to the developer.
